1. Listen Up #2(Holiday Life and Serious Sleep Deprivation)

   Hey you, Listen to me!
   
   What's up folks.
   
   It is currently 12:37pm here in STL and I have yet to have gone to sleep. I'm dog-tired and I can barely keep my eyes open, yet sleep refuses to come to me. What's worse is that I'm not even really doing anything and I have to go to work at 2:00pm. So now it seems pretty pointless to even make an attempt to lie down. I really should call off but it's the last week before school starts back so they'll need me there. I tried to focus on my writing but I've had about as much success doing that as I have sleeping.
   
   Damn, even writing about how sleepy I am is making me sleepy.
   
   Since I can't sleep I figured I'd drop of a little note on my Holiday happenings for anyone who wants to know.
   I've been missing in action from the Internet for the past month. For the past two years December has been more hectic for me than before, with Mack and my anniversary being on Christmas Eve. For the record, the only pro to getting married on a holiday like Christmas is that you won't forget the date. Otherwise it's hectic and stressful and just plane annoying to try to come up with a special way to celebrate, plus prepare for the holiday.
   
   For the past 22 years of my life I've always spent Christmas with my family, which can get pretty crazy with all of us in one house. Last year we spent the holiday at my parent's house with my Mom and Dad. My sister Alil, her husband and their two kids. My brother Filez and his two sons. My sister Marissa and her three kids. My Brothers Demarco and Vance, My brother Doenell his wife and their daughter. Mack and Me. And my little sister Camilla.
   
   That's 21 people!
   
   But this year on our Christmas Eve anniversary, Mack and I went to a movie and spent the night at her Grandma's with her family. It was me, Mackenzie, her Grandma, Her Dad, his wife, and their three kids.
   
   8 people!
   
   Thankfully, Mack's Dad's kids are still too young to be as…rowdy as my nieces and nephews. Suffice it to say it was way more peaceful than I'm used to. We actually went to bed at 10:00 because her Grandma does not believe anyone should be up while Santa is at the house. Even us "older kids" as she calls us. But I didn't complain. Actually, it was pretty fun pretending to be a kid again with Mack's little brother and sisters.
   
   Ok, that's about it for me on the holiday news. We had some drama around new years but nothing worth mentioning here. Anyway, I guess I'd better go and start getting ready for work. Maybe a shower will help wake me wake up. Hopefully.

2. Listen Up #1(Feeling Thinking Doing)

   Hey you, listen to me!

   What's up folks? How is everyone? As always, I'm pretty damn awesome. Anyway here's where I'll be posting all the random info about me, what's going on in Chad Land, and all that good stuff.

   Feeling: My wife is in St. Charles so I am smack in the middle of the most boring night of my life. Just the dogs and me. But they're happy because I gave them peanut butter for dinner (Not a lot), which Mack never lets me do.

   Doing: I'm supposed to be making banners and writing but as you can see I am doing none of the above. I've been working on the next chapter of Happy but it's been going pretty slowly. I know where I'm going but I'm having trouble getting there. The beginning of the chapter is done and so is the end. It is just the annoying little innards that are staggering. All in all I've only got about 5 pages of it written. Yeah. I gotta stop slacking.

   I'm also still doing the 4 square challenge at Roswell Heaven so that's taking up loads of my time. (Brat Pack Rocks Socks)

   Sunday I'm going to see a play with Mack Candice and Jared. It's called Bad Dates and it's a one-woman show. I've never been to a one person show of any kind so it should be interesting.

   Thinking: I'm thinking about getting CS3. I've got a crash class Friday night and Saturday morning I'm taking to see if I like it and if it's worth the money. If I do I'll get it but if there is not much difference or it's way too different I'll stick with my handy dandy CS2 and Gimp.
